Business Verification & Credit Intelligence

Verify Chinese Suppliers Before You Pay

Independent supplier verification, documented findings, and ongoing business risk monitoring for international buyers.

Start with a free identity check. Monitoring is an early access pilot.

Before you send money

A familiar name is only the starting point.

A supplier website, company registration and payment beneficiary may tell different stories. We document what the available evidence supports and what still needs clarification.

These checks can highlight discrepancies. They cannot detect every risk or guarantee a safe transaction.

How it works

From a supplier name to documented findings.

  1. Submit Supplier Details

Share the name, website and any business licence you have.

  2. We Review Available Evidence

We try to identify the legal entity, then confirm the scope and payment for a full report.

  3. Receive a Verification Report

Review source references, inconsistencies and limitations in a manually prepared PDF.

  4. Monitor Changes When Needed

Ask about the monitoring pilot. Availability and scope are agreed separately.

Free Supplier Identity Check

Start with the supplier
you already know.

A supplier URL is strongly recommended. An English trading name alone may not be enough to identify the Chinese legal entity.

If we need more information

We need more information to reliably identify this supplier.

We'll ask for a business licence, Alibaba/Made-in-China/1688 URL, official website, Chinese company name or quotation / PI. We won't guess the legal entity.

Submitted supplier information and documents are used privately for your check, not published as a supplier profile.

Identify My Supplier — Free

We'll first confirm that we can identify your supplier. No payment now. We'll confirm the scope with you before sending a payment request.

Enter the company or supplier name exactly as you know it.

Alibaba, Made-in-China, 1688, official website or another supplier profile.

No file chosen

Upload the Chinese business licence if the supplier provided one. PDF / JPG / PNG, one file up to 1 MiB. If larger, submit without it and we'll arrange a follow-up by email.

We'll use your details and any uploaded licence to review the supplier and email you about the result and report options. For corrections or deletion, contact contact@businesstrusthub.com.

Evidence to inform your decision.

Supplier verification is based on available registration data, public information, commercial sources and documents supplied by you. We distinguish confirmed information, uncertainty and inconsistencies.

The service does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, delivery, solvency or the safety of a transaction. It does not replace physical factory inspection, product inspection, legal advice or financial due diligence.

Frequently asked questions

What information can you verify?

We review available company registration, registered activity, ownership and identity information. The €79 option also examines consistency between supplier, invoice and payment beneficiary details. Availability varies; bank account ownership generally cannot be established from public records.

How long does verification take?

The typical initial response is within 24 hours. Paid reports are normally delivered within 24 hours after payment and sufficient supplier information are received. We will explain if identification or missing evidence requires more time.

Do you conduct on-site factory inspections?

No. This service is a desk-based review of records and documents. It does not verify factory capacity, product quality or working conditions through an on-site visit.

What sources are used?

Available registration data, public and commercial sources, supplier websites, marketplace profiles and documents you provide. Reports cite supporting evidence and distinguish uncertainty from confirmed information.

Can you monitor a supplier after verification?

You can express interest in our monitoring pilot. The initial baseline is reviewed manually; ongoing comparisons and alerts are proposed features. We confirm availability, scope and price before any commitment.

Is verification a guarantee of supplier reliability?

No. Verification informs your decision using evidence available at the time of review. It does not guarantee delivery, performance, solvency, product quality or payment safety, and is not a credit rating.
