Service provider and scope

BusinessTrustHub is a service brand operated by Yuanzhi Xu in Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. It provides business information research and verification support, not legal services, government certification or licensed credit ratings.

Research is based on available records and documents at the time of review. Source coverage and reliability vary, and some questions may remain unresolved. We distinguish supported findings from uncertainty.

Enquiries, prices and payment

The free identity check attempts to identify the Chinese legal entity. The existing paid options are Supplier Verification (€49) and Supplier + Payment Entity Check (€79), with the scope described on the pricing section.

Submitting a form records an enquiry and service preference. It does not take payment or start a subscription. After identification and scope confirmation, a PayPal Business Invoice or payment link is sent manually.

For work outside these report scopes, contact us to discuss feasibility. Do not assume that a broader investigation is included in a standard report.

Timing and arrangements before purchase

Paid reports are normally prepared within 24 hours after payment and sufficient supplier information are received. Identification difficulties or unavailable records may require clarification and more time.

Ask for written confirmation of the research scope, fee, delivery timing, and cancellation or refund arrangements before paying. No additional cancellation or refund policy is specified on this page. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Report support

For 90 days after report delivery, you may ask for explanations of the findings and corrections of errors within the agreed research scope. This support does not include new investigations or ongoing monitoring and is not a 90-day unconditional refund offer.

Limitations

A report is not a guarantee of supplier performance, solvency, product quality, delivery or payment safety. Public records generally cannot establish ownership of a specific bank account. Desk research does not replace on-site inspection, legal advice or financial due diligence.

Monitoring remains an early access pilot. The existing €19/month proposal records interest only; ongoing comparisons and alerts are proposed features, not an active subscription created by the form.
